About

The solitary acts of drawing and listening are inextricably linked; they observe and record each other. – John Kannenberg

The three bodies of work comprising Hours of Infinity utilize an imprecise drawing method coupled with a disciplined approach to sonic observation. These self-constructed activities merge with elements of ancient Egyptian and Greek philosophies, mindful meditation, contemporary museum theory, and mathematical proofs to investigate the timelessly beautiful imperfection inherent within the human experience of the Infinite.

This blog began as a way to collect some of my research materials for the project. I’ll continue posting future research and my own new work related to the Infinite here as well.
